We got to spend some time with John Chapman and a passionate bunch of volunteers from the Raetihi Promotions Charitable Trust.
Raetihi Promotions Charitable Trust has developed the Makotuku walk way, which runs along side the Makotuku river. It passes past a glow worm grotto and through areas of outstanding and untouched natural bush. This has attracted people that are passionate about their town as well as people from afar that now call this place home. With a strong sense of pride this great little community gathers together to make their town better for locals and visitors alike.
